Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

  • Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal
  • Consumer: any individual not acting for business purposes
  • Day: calendar day
  • Right of withdrawal: the right to cancel an order within the legal period
  • Entrepreneur: BELLOUAGE
  • Distance contract: any agreement concluded online

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between BELLOUAGE and consumers worldwide, including Canada.


Article 4 – The Offer

All offers are non-binding and may be modified.
Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.

Prices may exclude import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Article 5 – The Agreement

An agreement is concluded once payment is completed.

BELLOUAGE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or incorrect information.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Original packaging and tags required

Article 7 – Return Costs & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned items.


Article 8 – Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made items
  • Personal or hygiene-sensitive products (if opened)

Article 9 – Pricing

Prices are listed in euros (€) and may change at any time.

For international orders (e.g. Canada), additional import duties or taxes may apply.


Article 10 – Warranty & Conformity

Products must meet reasonable quality standards.

Defects must be reported within 14 days after delivery.


Article 11 – Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 days
  • Europe: 3–7 days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days

BELLOUAGE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.


Article 12 – Payment

Payments must be completed at checkout via available payment methods.


Article 13 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after discovering an issue.

  3. Return the item
  4. Send tracking code

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 48 hours
  • Replacement or refund provided

Lost Packages

We will resend your order before issuing a refund.

  • Import duties/taxes are customer responsibility
  • Customs delays are outside our control
